As a subconsultant to The RBA Group, SGB designed the stakeholder and public outreach process for this project, including Steering Committee composition/formation and facilitation of Steering Committee meetings with interactive exercises to guide the vision, goals and strategies of the PSAP. Dr. Blickstein also reviewed and edited the draft plan and assisted RBA with the development of performance measures.
