As the Borough’s consulting planner, Dr. Blickstein consulted on the Borough’s Complete Streets policy and guide and reviews all development applications within the Borough to provide recommendations consistent with Complete Streets policy based on AASHTO and NJDOT guidelines. SGB also prepares public information resources to support a variety of local planning efforts and routinely interacts with stakeholders in a variety of settings.
