Dr. Blickstein prepared a new zoning ordinance for the City to promote transit-oriented design, complete streets, sustainable development, and bicycle and pedestrian-friendly land use polices. In particular, SGB developed waterfront TOD designs standards, bicycle-parking requirements, and new, lower off-street parking requirements for motorized vehicles. SGB also facilitated Steering Committee meetings, public workshops/public information centers, and presentations to the governing body.
