Dr. Blickstein worked closely with the Borough Complete Streets Committee to prepare a policy and a planning document to guide implementation of complete streets within the Borough. Funded through an ANJEC grant, the Plan addresses complete street design recommendations, implementation (including a local project checklist to institutionalize the complete streets policy), and funding opportunities.
