Susan G. Blickstein is working with a consultant team to assist NJDOT in implementing their recent Bicycle/Pedestrian Master Plan. As part of these efforts, SGB designed and facilitated a day long meeting with subject matter experts across a wide range of NJDOT departments and groups. This workshop included group exercises and candid discussions to better understand how the Plan’s mission and goals can be aligned and achieved. SGB also conducted key stakeholder interviews and designed a survey for external Plan partners that was administered at the 2017 NJ Complete Streets Summit. More recently, SGB participated in designing and carrying out interviews with MPO officials. All of these efforts are being synthesized to refine Plan implementation actions and next steps.
